Welcome to Shapeusto. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.shapeusto.com, or when you use the Timmy Time Tracker desktop application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us. This includes:

• Contact information (such as name and email address)
• Payment information (if applicable)
• Shipping and billing addresses (if applicable)
• User-generated content (such as reviews, comments, and messages)

Additionally, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including:

• IP address

• Operating system
• Pages you visit and links you click

Timmy Time Tracker (desktop application):
Timmy stores all time tracking data exclusively on your local device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your time tracking data. Client names, task names, time entries, notes, recordings, and screenshots are stored only in a local file on your computer and are never sent to our servers. No usage analytics or telemetry data is collected from the application.

If you choose to connect a Google account (optional feature), Timmy uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate directly with Google. OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to Shapeusto. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within the application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• Providing and maintaining our services
• Processing transactions and sending order confirmations
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing support
• Sending marketing communications (if you have opted in)

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and enhance your experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the website. The Timmy desktop application does not use cookies.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

For Timmy users: your time tracking data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your local device and we recommend making regular backups of your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze information to improve our services. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Timmy may connect to the following third-party services, only when explicitly enabled by the user:

• Google Calendar API and Google Tasks API (for optional calendar sync). Google's Privacy Policy applies.
• You can revoke Timmy's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

For Timmy users: all application data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted directly by removing the local data file located at:

• Windows: %APPDATA%\timmy\projects.json
• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/timmy/projects.json
• Linux: ~/.config/timmy/projects.json

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
